2004 Ford Mustang poor acceleration

gud aftrnun.
im a workshop controller in uae I have ford mutang for repair before the acceleration is poor then I replace throttle body complete and after this the problem was same and I found the ecu is blown inside and radio. Window and ac is not working may be this problem is happened in our workshop when we are checking so can u tell what should I do with this car replace control unit or any other thihng can u please help me.
