the seat belt on the passenger side locks up and you cannot hook the belt up. Than the warning signal goes off about every minute or so to let you know the seat belt is not hook together

The warning doesn't have anything to do with the pass side, only drivers side, if you look in your owners manual it tells you how to disable the seatbelt warning, it will only flash a few times then go out but no warning bell.
