My 2002 Ford Mustang, 75,000 miles, is spitting and sputtering. It started doing this mostly between 35 and 40 mph, but now it seems like it is doing more often all the time. It is jerking and struggling to accelerate. I took it in, and they did a tune up and replaced the fuel injector. This did not help and it is getting worse. I need to figure out the problem.

hey basenn,
Is the check engine light on or flashing? did the shop you took it to "scan" the car and get any codes? if so what were they?

Chris

The Check engine light comes on, on and off. The codes were read before the tune up and nothing came up. So I have no idea what the problem could be.
