When accelerating the car seems to either bog down or miss! Feels like it's a fuel problem not getting enough gas, but not an expert so.. It has 92 thousand miles. Needs a tune up, and will do myself but have not worked on newer electronic ignitions, only older models. So no ditributer cap, and all that jazz, just plugs and wires? And if so could this be the cause of the problem(tune-up that is)?

Thanx

I would suggest a good tune up. Air Filter, Oil Change, Wires, plugs. DO NOT USE BOSCH Plugs. I am a Mustang Freak. BOSCH+MUSTANG= NO GO. I would run Autolite, or NGK plugs in it. Also have you ever done a real fuel sytem treatmeant. I believe Firestone Complete Autocare offers a FST by Everspark or something like that. I had one ran on 06 F150 and it did wonder for it.
