2001 Ford Mustang Violent shaking at stop

What could cause the 2001 Mustang (with 172,000 miles) to shake violently at red lights/stop? The repair shop cannot seem to figure out what is wrong. A full tuneup, with new spark plugs and a flush of the fuel system has been done, but the shaking continues. Should I just get the car fixed and sell?

First compression/leak down test to be sure the engine is ok. If good, then it most likely has a bad injector, pull the plug on the cylinder to compare it with another, it will most likely be lighter in color (lean)
