my 2001 mustang fule pump comes on when key is turned over and runs for 2-3 seconds and shuts off. Reset button in trunk has been reset but the pump still only runs for a couple seconds and doesn't pump any fuel to filter. I pulled the fuel filter off and can't get any fuel to pump out of tank.
