2001 Ford Mustang Car wont start or idle..

Engine Mechanical problem
2001 Ford Mustang V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My car sounds like it will start up fine, ( the batterys good, and it feels like it will turn over but it dies immediately. If i step on the gas it will hold its idle as long as i keep giving it gas.. Any Thoughts? I'd SOO appreciate your help!! Thank you!!

Inspect and test the coolant temperature, throttle position, and mass air flow sensors-to include the idle air control valve/PCV/EGR valves. Won't hurt to do a fuel pressure check to find out what's going on with the fuel system.
