During ordinary driving suddenly the engine started running rough at all speeds.
Checks indicate:
An occasional misfiring of cylinder 4 as indicated by the computer codes, and a new pinging sound to the cylinder 4 area.
Also new: a low vacuum (guess due to brakes getting harder).
Sparks to all cylinders check OK, and spark plugs are new.

Suspect bad fuel filter and/or injectors. What is the most likely problem?
Thanks,
FV
