all right here we go
1. hums while touching accelerator, probably clogged fuel filter?
2. chugs at all times...
3. drives hard, seems like always going uphill (actual uphill is like towing 10 cars uphill)
4. jumps foward while sitting at lights, more often when heat is on
5. seems like its slipping on ice when hitting a bump while turning
6. i was told my rear differential is in need of repair, some rust and corrosion and the cover is cracked

i think thats it, should i just junk my baby (i just paid it off)

i dont really want to get rid of my car, its all just stupid little annoyances, aside from the differential, what i really need is insight on all the random chugs, churns and hums. i dont wanna be taken for a ride getting these things repaired.

start with a basic tune up.wires ,plugs, pcv.i would take the car to a muffler shop to get the catalic converter checked possible clogged.also egr valve.and loosen the throttle position sensor and wiggle it and tighten in other position .has jus a little play when loosen.also check that your rear and front shocks r good if bad it will feel funny over bumps like your on a boat.i think mufler shops cheks the catalic for free .,its quik and easy should be free.forgot to say the idle control valve can accelerate motor or under iddle to.check all vacc hoses on throttle body for bad cracked mushy to soft ,unplugged etc.change air anf fuel filter if bad.the cover on differential means nothing if its rusty dirty or whatever its just a cover .unless it leaks oil then u will need a new gasket but thats it,easy job.and also can have a weak fuel pump but i think its not gonna be that but maybe just maybe possible lol.good luck
