2000 Ford Mustang P0190 trouble code

I got this code after I scanned my car because the fuel pump would not turn on. I have no fuel pressure and the high current fuse block is making a clicking noise when the key is in the on position. What's wrong with my car?

I replaced the FRP sensor, spark plugs and the car stll does not start. Do you know where the fuel pump wires are located when they come out of the pump itself? What do you suggest I do now?

I really don't think fuel pump wiring as a problem. The fault code is not for the fuel pump, rather between the pressure sensor and the PCM, and their connecting circuit. So if you want to check a wiring, check that wiring.

Would the FRP and PCM circuit cause the constant control relay module, located in the passenger side front fender, to click repeatedly. Because when it clicks the fuel pump doesnt turn on and the car won't start. However yesturday I quickly turned the key to the on and off position for about a minute and then tried to start the car and it actually started but it didnt start easily, it took it a while for it to run on its own with out me holding the key in the crank position. It ran rough and it was very slow and not steady when I tried to raise the rpms to 2K. I disconnected the FRP vasuum line and before I could plug it up it died instantly. This makes me believe its the fuel pump.

Fuel pump has a FPDM (fuel pump driver module) and makes the fuel pump pressure vary.
