the car keeps over heating. I have replaced the thermostat. So im thinking its the water pump, how would I be able to tell for sure? Also, how do you get the pully off of the power steering pump?

If your waterpump is good, you should be able to feel pressure in the rad hoses. Also look and see if you can see water moving inside the radiator. The power steering pump pulley should have bolts hidden behind the pulley. You should first check and see if your fan is working before you assume its the waterpump. Also make sure you dont have any external/internal coolant leaks.
