1997 Ford Mustang horn

I have a 1997 mustang gt with 60000 recently my horn stoped working i checked the fuses they are fine i replaced the horn and still not working? also when ever i turn the heater on or ac air does not come out of the vents it only seems to come out from the vents that hit the windshield? what am i missing.

For the horn check the relay, and horn button, on is no good. For the a/c check for a broken vacuum supply line from the intake manifold to the reservoir tank, then into the car thru the firewall. Horn relay is in the under hood fuse box...
