I was having problems with my cooling fan coming on and i thought that was the problem. I hard wired it and its still overheating. I'm pretty sure i have the thermostat in right? (Spring pointing left). I also did the pulleys and belt at the same time. If the belt's slighty too big would that cause it to overheat? New radiator, thermostat, and coolant sensor.

Does it overheat while driving or sitting still or both? Is this engine supercharged? If it overheats all the time, have it chemical tested for a blown head gasket. When t-stat is open (hot) can you see the coolant flowing in the radiator?
