Check the Fan fuse in the under hood fuse block, check fan ground and power with ohm meter, if it has power, unplug the fan connector, and run a fuse protected wire from the battery to the fan motor, will it run hooked straight to the battery?

Answer to PM: Fuse box is on the left fender apron, look for "FAN" 60 amp and EEC 20 amp. Also look at the links, they are right at the same location, use a tets light or tug on them, if they break or stretch, replace them.
