The radio, power windows, clock come on when I turn the ignition, but the car won't start. It doesn't click or try to turn over. There is dead silence when I turn the ignition. I thought it may be the battery, but all the gauges and electrical things work inside the car. What could this be?

Could be a bad starter/solenoid. Check for 12 volts at the small wire on the starter with key in crank position. If it has power then the starter needs to be replaced. If none, then use a test light to be sure the clutch switch is working, should have power on one side, then the other when the clutch is pushed in
