Engine Cooling problem
1995 Ford Mustang 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My engine constantly overheats. We have chainged the upper radiator hose, the water pump and the thermostat. Its still overheating. My overflow is also all the way full. I put coolant in it this morning and it seemed very empty even though the overflow is full? Would this cause the car to overheat if there wass TOO much fluid in the car? And How would I go about draining the overflow? I looked for a plug or something and couldn't find any.
