I have a 1995 ford mustang Gt with a 5.0 and it is driving really rough. after it is warmed up when you push the gas it almost dies. It is coming up with error code 176. I have changed the fuel filter, o2 sensors, removed the cats, what else should I check or do to make this car run like it should?

Fuel pressure will cause these symptoms. The code you have is indicating a lean condition. I would have your fuel system pressure checked. If this is normal, then it could be a Mass Air Flow sensor sending a bad signal due to being dirty or bad.
Other possible causes listed by the manual:
Fuel injectors.
HO2S.
Secondary Air Injection (AIR) system.
Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) /Hose.
Vacuum.
Evaporative Cannister Purge.
Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor.
Electronic Ignition Coil Failure.
Key "OFF".
Remove the PCV valve from the valve cover. Inspect both rocker cover hole and PCV for damage, sludge build up, blockage and movement of valve plunger. Service as necessary.
Run Key On Engine Off (KOEO) and Key On Engine Running (KOER) Self-Tests. See: Displaying & Reading Trouble Codes\Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
Address any continuous ignition DTCs before servicing KOER DTCs.
