My car will not crank unless I unplug the nuetral cable for at least one hour. The fuel pump is pumping because I can hear it and I pushed the little stem to see if fuel was in it and there it was. It turns over perfect but it just want crank.

Does it crank over and refuses to start or just won't crank at all? Also what cable do you have to unplug for an hour in order for it to start or crank-whatever is happening.

Fuel pump can be heard running/humming but is it producing the correct fuel pressure be specific maybe I can get you going again.

Yes it will crank over but unless I unplug the nuetral cable from the battery for an hour it wont start but it will crank over. I hear the fuel pump humming but I don't know if it has enough pressure t start the car. How d you tell.

Get a fuel pressure gauge designed for your fuel system and hook it up on the fuel test port turn key on and read the pressure.
