1995 Ford Mustang

When my cars idle, the engine gauge temperature goes to normal and I have great heat - when I drive the car, the engine gauge temperature will NOT go out of the cold zone and I have MINIMAL heat! - Two mechanics - still not working!!!!! :(

the cheapest thing to start with would be to try a new thermostadt.

It has to be the thermostat...I have a 1995 GT and it runs COLDDDD. I haev not got in to the thermastat yet but I have a feeling its stuck in open. Once the cars starts going it does not heat up fast but when you start and stop (drive a few miles stop for 10 and get back in) the cars is in the middle of the temp range. But its the only time it does this.........I feel you pain but it should be minor......
