1985 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 Carbd. Will not start

My 1985 5.0 mustang will not turn over and just makes a clicking noise under the passanger side pannel when I try to start it. Does that mean my Engine Control Computer is no good?

Try the starter silonoid I think that will be it.

Still the only thing I hear when I turn the key is a clicking noise coming from the passenger side of the car under the panel which is where the computer is I think?
