My van shakes and "bounces" when braking. I just put 4 new rotors and pads all around last summer. Checked the pads they are barely worn. Checked the calipers they are not sticking. The rotors were straight from the box. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

If you used economy rotors, they very well could be warped out of the box.

IF - indeed
the repair was performed properly and this condition was nonexistant prior, that would be my guess.

However, there are a other factors that can cause this phenomena, including steering components, unbalanced wheels, bad tires, back-flushing fluid with ABS brake systems, improper installation, use of old worn components etc.
If you purchased the cheapest rotors you could find, Start there. Either have them resurfaced, or return them and buy some good premium rotors.
