I have a 2003 ford focus and I was driving down the intersate and it died I have replaced the fuel filter but it still wont start

Is it trying to crank at all or just clicking? Check fuel pressure, spark and cylinder compression if it is cranking. If no crank then check fuses as well as charging and starting system.
