My car was damage from lack of oil pressure-- (long story)

I only drove for about 30 (nonconsecutive) miles with the light on until the car cut off. The dealer says the engine is shot, and needs to be replaced. Are there other less expensive options with a Ford? Can I buy a solution to lubricate the engine? I need help with an alternative and/or the cold-hard truth!!!:)

Thank you kindly

Hi there.

The cold hard truth is.... there is NO magic fix all in a bottle, if the engine has suffered internal damage due to lack of oil pressure, it will have to be fully overhauled or a replacement re-co or second hand engine fitted.
