Suspension problem
2001 Ford Focus 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 138k miles

There's a strong vibration at start up and worsens when accelerating. You can feel it all over the console, rear view mirror, even pedals. I had exact same issue 5 months ago and was resolved changing all 3 engine mounts original from Ford.
Also I just changed ignition coil, cleaned idle control valve 6 months ago, changed spark plug wires 4 months ago, changed EGR tube too, vacuum hoses are ok.
Please help and thanks in advance.

Is the check engine light on? Does it run good off an idle? Have you checked the catalytic converter to make sure it isn't plugging? Fuel pressure checked?

Unbelievable, original Ford engine mount was defective with fluid all over the place. Changed at Ford dealer with the apologies of the guys at parts.
