Front struts

I am trying to remove the front strut from a 2000 Ford Focus SE Wagon. The 15MM bolt clamping the bottom of the strut to the wheel assembly will not budge. I don't believe it is a left handed thread. Is there some kind of locking device I'm not seeing? I'm afraid of shearing the head off.

Any Insights?????
Thanks

Clean the bolt and look for a lockign device. if you see none there is none. try some pb penetrating oil if that odnt work get a mapp torch and heat up the bolt pretty hot almost before cherry red and wait for it to cool down back to regular color then use the wrench watch out it is very hot. do not use the torch near the gas lines unless you put up a shield for the heat.
