2000 Ford Fiesta

hiya my cuz has just got back from 18 months travelling and left her car on my drive, the other day she took the car for a MOT the have told her its needs 400 spent on it as the suspension has gone as well as other little things, she said because I did not start it up every week that what has caused the suspension to go, and i should pay towards it getting fixed, I would be very grateful if you can tell me not started and driving the car for a while can make the suspension go

Thanks

Tania

not starting the car has nothing to do with the suspension ...I would not pay a penny towards the repair ... the suspension must have been bad before the vehicle was parked up !!
