this car has been sitting around for a while only 50 miles in the past two years. car has been well kept and maintained. I gave it a gas additive, new plugs and wires and a new fuel filter. still does not want to start. any suggestions?

1990 ford festiva 79564 miles, well kept car. only driven 50 miles in the past 2 years. I put new plugs and wires, fuel filter, and a gas additive, still will not start. Any suggestions
