how do you remove the water bypass tube from the intake manifold on a 390 c.u. engine?

you talking about the short one that goes from the intake manifold to the water pump? Only about three inches long? If so the best way is remove the clamps and put a slice in the hose. Then wiggle the hose off. msot time it is hard just to remove the hose and found that most times the hose is usually getting weak. Can get another hose at most auto stores.
