I'm putting a 1964 Ford 292 V8 from an F-100 into my 1963 Ford Fairlane (standard, not 500). I need some motor mounts, but none exist to do this particular swap as the midsize Fairlane was never equipped with this type of engine. What Y-Block equipped car's motor mounts do you think would be the best to adapt for this swap? (And I am sure I want to do this swap. 100 percent sure.)

There are no mounts for this type of switch, you would have to make your own. If it had a 260 in it a289 will bolt right in in place of the other motor including the transmission. Your 292 will not do this however. Besides the 260/289 or actually 302/351 are a much better engines.
