2006 Ford F-550 turn signals do not flash

2006 Ford F-550 V8 Four Wheel Drive Manual 20000 miles
My turn signals illuminate but do not flash. Same with hazard flashers. The owner's manual does not tell me which unit in the fuse boxes is the flasher unit (or relay), so I can't find the flasher. Can you tell me where the flasher unit is located and how I identify it. Again, the owner's manual is not clear as to its location.

there is a flasher relay and if you lay on the drivers side floor and look up under the center of the dash you will see a box that holds to relays there will only be one in there and that is it, it is right beside your trailer brake control wiring, go to the parts store and get grote part number 44090 it is better than stock and cheaper and you will not have that concern again
