when cold it wont run, give any throttle it misses and wont pull up any kind of grades. it has to idle 20 minutes at least before anything will happen. running down the road at 2000 to 2200 it will surge like trying to go up and down into gear. the tranny fluid is clean, and there is no codes. what is wrong?
