I have a 1990 Ford F350 diesel pickup. When I turn the key to start the engine all that happens are clicks.I have had the batteries test-ok.The starter tested-ok.The starter relay was replaced-still nothing.I've put on new battery cables-still hearing clicks. The clicking is coming from the starter relay and the starter solniad.Need some help with this problem.

Engine can't be locked up if you can get it to catch in gear.
I'm betting on a bad solenoid.
