My 1999 Ford F350 Diesel truck won't start. I read somewhere that the ICP (injector control presure) can be disconnected and then try to start vehicle. Where is this ICP located?

You might try a CMP 1st (unless it's gray/silver - been done), there's a TSB - a lot of bad one's out there. ICP sensor's at top/inside of L/FR head, I think -tapped into H/P oil galley - which is fed through hoses from the HPP(high pressure pump). I recommend getting a factory workshop, PCED and/or wiring manual for your truck - at least for the "description and operation" sections if nothing else - they're really cheap on ebay right now with all the closed dealerships.

.the ICP when it go's out will lite up the service engine soon light. one other thing when your trying to start the truck look at the tach gauge and see if its moving it should move up to about 150 rpms or so. If the needle doesnt move it is possible the CPS (camshaft position sensor) has failed. not hard to replace its just above the and a little to the right of the crankshaft pully. It has i 10mm bolt holding it down.
