1997 Ford F350 removal of diesel fuel pump

1997 Ford F350 V8 Four Wheel Drive

Once unbolted and lines loose does the pump pull straight up and out with some prying. I have pulled 2 bolts hard lines at back and loosened hose clamps on other fuel lines. Still seems very tight in place. This the 7.3 diesel

Ok here is what it says.
Romove the turbo, remove the banjo bolts at the fuel pump, remove the fuel line fitting near the rear of the heads. Now remove the clamps and fuel lines, disconnect the water drain hose at the filter and remove the fuel filter mounting bolts and move the filter forward, now you remove the fuel pump bolts and remove the fuel pump. Hope this helps
