1991 F350 4X4 shuts off

My 1991 F350 4x4 diesel will be running great until I get it up to about 60mph. Then, all of the sudden, it will start shaking and will shut completely off. I can let the truck sit there for about 15 minutes and it will start right up again. It seems like it is not getting any fuel. I've been told that it must be a sensor or something, but I can't find the problem. Any suggestions?

Is it a 7.3L motor? If so look into the crank sensor, fuel filter, (drain the canister), also possibly injection pump. Look into the crank sensor first.

Yes, it is a 7.3L. I have replaced the fuel filter a couple of times and have had the injection pump checked out too. I'll check the crank sensor. Thanks for the suggestion.
