1984 Ford F350 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My 1984 Ford Dually with 5k miles has readings of about 3% CO, s. I need to get it down to 1%. HAD THE 4 barrel Motorcraft/Holley carb rebuilt. What else is it, EGR Valve, Catalytic Converter, Oxygen sensor? I dunno.

The problem is in the carb @ 3 %. Some rebuilt carbs are no good, they dump fuel in. Check the timing adjustment and check timing chain wear by moving the crank shaft back and forth. Any of these can cause high CO.
