f250 fuel pump wont turn on

Ive got a 1990 f250 4spd 302v8 iv put 2 new fuel pumps on .anew fuel pump relay and traced the wires from the fuel pump to the fuel pump relay. none of the wires are cut or burnt.the inertia switch had not been triped.Please help me THANK YOU

I highly agree that it is a brake switch. Located on the brake pedal under the dash.

The computer energizes the relay. on some system with EFI the oil pressure sending unit powers the pump constantly as soon as the relay de-energized
