I have a 2003 ford f250.I replaced the master cylinder with a new one. All the rotors front and rear, and shoes.I bled all four wheels and bled the hydrobooster the way the manual says and I still have a lot of travel in the brake pedal before they grab im very puzzled. Thanks for any tips or help you can provide.

Did you bench bleed the master before it was installed? Very important ALL air out ouf the master before you mount it! If you don't do this, you suck in air to the lines! Let me know if you bled it proprely or not!
