check fuse#27 (15 amp) in the central junction box. CJB is behind lower left side of dash.

Yes, fuse 27, 15 amp fuse, in the central junction box does have the information / message center on the circuit if this is a 2004 Ford F250 Super Duty Pickup. If the fuse is good then perhaps the problem lies elsewhere.

# 27 is ignition switch run feed but I replaced it

Okay, all 3 of my sources show same fuse for the message center. The best thing to do would just be test all the fuses. It is not hard and doesn't take long at all if you use a small tester. Then you would know for sure the fuse is OK. If the fuse is indeed OK then the cluster gauge may be bad or the wiring at the back of the cluster.
