2003 Ford F250 Very Soft Steering Help Don't What To Do.

2003 Ford F250 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic
I have a 2003 Ford Super Duty F-250. All of a sudden the steering turned very soft. Even if you are parked you can turn the wheel all the way to both sides and feel no pressure at all. I changed the power steering pump and it did not change anything. It still is very soft. All the mechanics I have talked to do not know what happend or what I should do.

OK I need to know what type of system is one this truck. Does it have a vacuum booster for the brakes or does it have hydro boost where it uses the power steering pump to produce pressure for the brakes? Get back to me so I can try to help.
