2000 Ford F250 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

We have an F250 that has not been driven in the past 2 1/2 years. Last summer we were able to get the truck started and running. This year, it will not start at all. It appears that the engine isn't getting fuel, even though there is fuel in the tank. I drained the system and replaced the fuel filter, but this hasn't helped. This is a diesel truck. What else can we try?

Since its diesel and you changed everything you probably has air trapped inside of the lines and they will need bleed. If your model has glowplugs make sure they are functioning properly.
