1999 Ford F-250 Engine lopes when ideling

I have a Ford F250 Super Duty with V10 Engine in it at times when it idles the engine will lope you step on the gas and its fine. I have ran injector cleaner thru it but that did not clear up the issue. The Truck is not driven much we use it mostly for pulling our Fifth Wheel. When the loping starts my service engine soon light comes on and stays on. The truck has been fully serviced. It runs great except for the loping it did not due this last year.

Well the first thing you need to do is take it to autozone and get the computer scanned for codes(they do it for free) get back to us with the codes and we can go from there
