the heat is the only thing comming out of the vents. I did bypass the hoses and the air works fine. With them connected the heat is all that blows, compressor is working ok. :|

What youre gonna need to do is free up the temp blend door, or replace the heat control valve, usually on a heater hose, it is supposed to shut down the water into the heater core...I don't see a valve for your truck but you can take a peek!

Check that there is not a vacuum leak or bad door servo! Operate control and watch door, if it is pulling but not moving, grease it! if air leaks out of the servo, replace servo!
