My air conditioner just stopped working, air blows but clutch never comes on. I tried add refrigerant but no change, the clutch on the compressor wont engage.
Can anyone give me some Ideas to try?

Check the fuse and /or relay, also you can bypass the high and low pressure switches with a paper clip to see if the compressor will engage.

Check for a leak. If ther is no refrigerant the clutch will not work.
