VEHICLE WILL NOT TURNOVER, NEW STARTER AND RELAY, I CAN JUMP THE SOLENOID AND TRUCK WILL START?

Check the transmission range sensor/switch and also the ignition switch

Hi test the wire going to the side of sol with an s on it. Have a helper try and crank. Test light should light up. If not move shifter into neutral wiggle a little while trying to crank. If cranks neutral switch bad or misadjusted. If no test switch on top of steering coloumn. Turn key to crank check for power while in crank position. If not. Replace switch. Good luck billy mac

I'M NOT GETTING POWER TO THE LITTLE WIRE ON SOLENOID, I WIGGLED THE SHIFTER IN NEUTRAL AND IT STARTED. SO I BOUGHT A NEW SAFETY SWITCH AND STILL NO FIRE ON THE SOL. WIRE? I EVEN CHANGED THE IGN. CONTROL BOXUNDER THE DASH? HOW DO YOU ADJUST SAFETY SWITCH?

Hi where you mounted the safety switch. Their are slots in the switch itself. Sounds like you will need to adjust the shifter itself. This adjustment will be where the shift cable connects to the trans. Or under the brake booster. Make sure trans goes in park and letters on selector are lined perfectly. Billymac
