I cant get the right front rotor off on 1992 Ford F250. It has manual locking hubs and the repair manual I have only shows how to get the stuff out so far.

REMOVAL:

Raise and support the front end on jackstands.
Remove the wheels.
Remove the caliper and the brake pads.
Disconnect the brake hose from the caliper.

INSTALLATION:

Connect the brake hose to the caliper. When connecting the brake fluid hose to the caliper, it is recommended that a new copper washer be used at the connection of the brake hose and caliper.
Install the brake caliper and pads onto the vehicle.
Install the wheels and lower the vehicle. Bleed the brake system.

If rotor seems stuck after these procedures then bang on it with a rubber headed mallet in between lugs.
