I have recently had some bad luck with my truck the thermostat and water pump went out and I replaced them and after I did that I ran into a new problem my truck runs fine when it runs sometimes it will just die while I'm driving and will not start for at least 30 mins to 1 hour sometimes longer but it always fires back up in the end and then other times if it doesn't die on me and I shut it off and try to start it to soon I have to wait it out some more. I have been told that it is my Ignition Control Module but that has been changed twice since I've had the truck once by me and once by a certified mechanic. I am stumped any advice anyone has, I would be much obliged.

Don't know if your 91 Ford was fuel injected or not, but it sounded to me like good old-fashioned vapor locking. I was using my Dodge at 5,000ft and higher. Sitting on the side of the road waiting for it to cool down, I actually noticed the small flexible gas hose unkink itself right before my eyes. Coils heat up and go bad, as do a lot of electrical parts. Good luck.
