1990 Ford F-250 transmission

Shift hard from 1st to 2nd gear. Also shifts hard into reverse. Light flashing on the overdriver switch. Other than that transmission shifts fine in all other gears. The overdrive switch works well on and off.

With the light on the overdrive flashing it is saying that there is an electrical concern with the trans. You will need to get it scanned. Might just be a shift solinoid causing it. Was there other problems with the trans prior to this happening
