Engine Mechanical problem
1989 Ford F250 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

1989 Ford F250 460 engine with fuel injection not getting fuel. Replaced inline fuel pump, Replaced fuel filter, replaced dual fuel tank switch on dash, replaced fuel selector switch in cab drivers side by park brake, Replaced Dual function Reservoir just before fuel pump, Replaced fuel pump relay under hood driver side. Not getting any fuel in line. Can Both in tank fuel pumps be bad at same time ? Can hear in tank pumps hum when selected. Both tanks are full of fuel? When I spray starter fluid in throttle body truck will start but dies as soon as spray is gone. have fuel to rear end side of reservoir but nothing coming out front of reservoir I have a new reservoir installed.
I am out of idea's can anyone help?

Exact same symptoms as my truck. I can hear both in tank pumps run but getting no fuel. replaced high pressure pump and dash mounted switch. Just picked up both pumps for the tanks and need to install. Have not done the Dual pump resivior. Have you looked at your fuel pressure regulator?

Look at your emergency fuel shut off under dash on drivers side firewall or passenger side behind kick panel there is a reset switch on it
