Tell me a little more, I can't remember if in 1987 is carburetor or fuel injection? And tell me everything you've tried to correct the problem, and anything else you want to tell me, thanks.

I found out what it was some vacum hoses where not hook up thank you

It must've been the vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator?
